It is highly possible that as exhibitors, you would be approached by companies that are not associated with the exhibition. If the company is not listed in this Manual, they are not an official contractor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are approached by a company claiming to be directly associated with or offering services for the show and they are not listed in this Manual, please take the time to let the Show Director know. This is particularly important where companies are offering data or contacts lists for sale \u2013 we do not sell our data, so any offer can categorically be deemed not genuine and should be approached with caution. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Noise on your Stand\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n

If any noise levels are raised to an unacceptable level for neighbouring exhibitors and visitors during the event, the Organisers reserve the right to prevent the music or machinery from being used. All speakers must face into your stand (as opposed to facing out to other stands).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Carpet<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

\n\t\t\t

Carpet\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

All Shell Scheme sites are carpeted in Green carpet<\/span>. It is possible to change your default Shell Scheme carpet to another colour, or type of flooring, at an added cost.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Orders for carpets can be submitted on the VisionPlus EXPO Exhibitor Portal.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

Space-only sites are not carpeted – exhibitors must provide their own floor covering.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Exhibitors with adjoining blocks of stands will not be permitted to place their own carpet in the gangways unless agreed with the Organisers before the exhibition.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Orders received after 1st October will be subject to a surcharge.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n
Carpet tape\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n

All carpet tape must be removed and any charges for the removal of carpet tape left on the floor at the end of the breakdown will be passed directly to exhibitors. The charge will be 300 AED per meter. You must ensure your contractor is aware of this ruling.<\/span><\/p>\n

Even if the carpet is ordered from the VisionPlus EXPO contractor, it is still the exhibitor\u2019s responsibility to ensure the carpet tape is removed at the end of the exhibition.<\/span><\/p>\n
